Is my Thermador still under factory warranty?
Then call Thermador first — the repair is on them. Once the warranty ends, call us.
Can you fix older Thermador models?
Yes — we check parts availability at diagnosis.
What does the diagnostic cost?
$49 for standard appliances, $99 for refrigerators and premium brands, $150 for commercial equipment — credited toward the repair when you approve the work.
What if it breaks again?
A covered repair fails — we come back. Premium repairs carry 1 to 3 years on parts and labor; standard repairs up to 3 months on labor and 1 year on parts.
How can I pay?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, cash, check or wire transfer — after the repair.
Do you charge more for evenings or weekends?
No. The only extra charge is travel outside our standard service area, agreed in advance.
